Who We Partner With

Digital Signage for System Integrators

You bring the project. We'll sit in the client meeting, help you price the quote and answer the security questionnaire, and the subscription renews through you.

How we help system integrators win signage work

Our partner program for system integrators starts in your client's meeting room, not in a portal.

When you've got a project, our pre-sales team joins the client meeting, runs the demo and takes the technical questions. We help you build the quote (hardware, software and installation) with mockups when the client needs to picture it. If there's an RFP, send it over. We'll work through the technical, security and pricing sections with you. We've answered these for hospitals, banks and public agencies, so very little in them surprises us. On larger jobs we help manage the rollout once the client signs.

You don't need a signage specialist on staff to win signage work. You need us on the call.

What you handle, and what we handle

Here's the split, in writing.

You handleWe handle
The client relationship and the contractHosting and running the platform on AWS
Your pricing and your marginSoftware updates, delivered automatically
First-line support for your clientBacking your technicians, 9 AM to 9 PM ET, Monday to Friday (excluding statutory holidays), at no extra charge
Installation, or hand it to usPre-sales: client meetings, demos, quotes and RFP answers
Content, or hand it to our creative teamA channel manager assigned to you

Work with us your way

Some integrators only want the software. Others want us to run the whole job. Use us for as little as the platform or as much as a turnkey project, including installation and content creation. Either way, you're assigned a channel manager, the platform can carry your brand instead of ours, and we never sell firmChannel direct to your clients. We don't publish partner margins, but we'll help you build every quote.

How we get your team ready

Your sales people learn where signage fits in the accounts you already have, who to talk to and which questions to ask. We'll even sit down with you and go through your client list together.

Your technicians learn setup, player management and first-line support in live sessions with our Customer Success team. After that, the training video library inside the platform and the setup wizard for first deployments keep new people moving. None of it costs extra.

Clear the client's IT review in one email

Sooner or later the client's IT team gets involved, and that's where a lot of signage deals stall. We'll give you the pack to send them:

  • our SOC 2 Type II report (independent audit, no exceptions noted), sent to your client under NDA
  • the full report from our annual third-party penetration test
  • where their data lives: on AWS, in their own country, Canada or the US
  • how the platform is built: every client is its own enterprise, with a private database and its own sign-in, so one leaked password can never reach another client

That one email answers most of what IT reviews ask.

AICPA SOC

When the client calls back about more screens

The client who starts with 20 screens in the lobby is the one who calls you about the other floors. Adding them shouldn't mean more work per screen.

Tag your media once and tag-based playlists fill themselves, so new content reaches the right screens at every location. Groups and locations keep a growing network organized, and one health dashboard shows every screen. For anything your team would rather script, the REST API handles players, playlists, schedules and data feeds. Frost & Sullivan reported that screens under management on firmChannel grew 32.7% in 2024, faster than the 25.4% growth in customers. In its 2025 Frost Radar, firmChannel was the top-rated Canadian platform and among the top three globally.

Add wayfinding, live data boards, kiosks and LED to the same bid

Bigger projects usually need more than a playlist. You can bid all of it from one supplier.

  • Wayfinding runs on the same platform: multi-floor routes, accessibility modes, 16 languages, phone handoff by QR code, kiosks that keep working offline, and WCAG 2.2 AA conformance.
  • Smart Lists turn a OneDrive or Google Drive spreadsheet, a CSV link or an SFTP feed into a readable board for KPIs, schedules or facility information, refreshed at intervals you set.
  • Emergency alerts from public alert (CAP) feeds, prioritized by severity, with automatic translation into 22 or more languages on the Enterprise edition. Included in Enterprise, and a paid add-on on Standard.
  • Kiosks and LED come from the same company: humanKIOSK interactive kiosks and Corum View direct view LED.
  • Display control is native on Samsung Tizen and LG webOS, and over RS-232 on other commercial displays.

Questions to ask your current platform

If you already resell another signage platform, put these to your vendor. Here's how we'd answer.

QuestionfirmChannelWhy it matters
Will you join my client meeting?Yes. Our pre-sales team runs the demo and takes the technical questionsYou win signage work without hiring a specialist first
Will you help me price the quote?Yes: hardware, software and installation, with mockupsA wrong quote loses either the bid or your margin
Will you help answer the RFP and the security questionnaire?Yes. We've done them for hospitals, banks and public agenciesThat paperwork decides the bid more often than the demo does
Can my client's IT team get your SOC 2 Type II report and your full pen test report?Yes. We send the SOC 2 report under NDA, and the full pen test report with itA summary letter doesn't satisfy most IT reviews
Do your features work the same on every player you support?Yes. The same CMS features run on every supported player. Display control is native on Samsung Tizen and LG webOS, and over RS-232 on other commercial displaysYou can pick players to suit each site's budget
Who trains my team, and what does it cost? Our Customer Success team, at no extra chargeTraining fees eat the margin on your first deals
Do you also sell direct to my clients? No. We never sell firmChannel directYou shouldn't have to compete with your own supplier
