Who We Partner With

Digital Signage for Marketing Agencies

You already know the brand. We'll run the screens and the hosting and help with the client's IT review, so the work you pitch is the work your studio is good at.

Screens need content every week, not every campaign

A campaign has a launch date and an end date. A screen network doesn't.

Once a client has displays in thirty stores, somebody has to keep them fresh every week, and the agency that already knows the brand is the obvious choice. That's standing work: a content retainer the client pays monthly, with the software subscription renewing through you each year. Why agencies now offer digital signage.

Digital signage that fits how your agency already works

Nobody wants to learn a new design tool to feed a screen. firmChannel fits around what your team already uses.

  • Design: import straight from Canva, then finish in the Layout Designer. Previews match what actually plays on screen.
  • Sources: pull in files from Google Drive, OneDrive and SharePoint, plus social feeds (LinkedIn video included), RSS, MRSS and weather.
  • Distribution: tag-based playlists fill themselves from your media tags, so content reaches the right screens, and Media Locator shows every screen an asset is running on.

Show clients it ran

Clients renew what they can see working.

firmChannel's proof-of-playback reports show what played, on which screen and when, across the full 24 hours. Filter by player and date, export to CSV, and drop it straight into the monthly client report. When the client asks whether the spring promotion actually ran in the downtown stores, you'll have the answer before the meeting ends.

When the client's procurement team gets involved

Big brands send vendor questionnaires before they sign, and that's where an agency's screen pitch can stall.

You won't be on your own with it. We'll answer the technical and security sections with you, and send their IT team our SOC 2 Type II report under NDA along with the full report from our annual third-party penetration test. Each client is its own enterprise on firmChannel, with its own database and its own sign-in, and their data is hosted in their own country, Canada or the US. If one login ever leaks, it reaches one client and nothing else. If the pitch needs a priced proposal for screens and hardware, we'll build it with you and join the meeting.

Screens that update themselves

The best screens don't wait for a designer. Smart Lists turn a spreadsheet in OneDrive or Google Drive, or a CSV link, into a clean on-screen list that refreshes at the interval you set, for schedules, KPIs and operational updates. Your team builds the look once, and the client's own data keeps it current.

AI that gives your designers hours back

On the Enterprise edition, AI takes the grind off your designers. It generates layouts and copy, styles Smart Lists, edits images at up to 4K, tags uploads so they land in the right playlists, and translates text for bilingual markets.

If a client would rather not use AI, an administrator can switch every AI feature off. Customer data isn't used to train AI models. AI features use third-party providers, so a client who needs all processing kept in their own country can switch AI off too.

Turn public screens into ad revenue

Some of your clients' screens face the public. Those screens can carry paid advertising through firmChannel's native Hivestack and Vistar integrations, filling open slots with programmatic campaigns. It's a revenue line for the client and another reason they'll want you running the network.

Work with us your way

Some weeks your studio has room for a new network, and some weeks it doesn't. Use us for as little as the software or as much as the whole job. When your studio's full, our in-house creative team can take on production. We can handle installation too, so you can say yes to a bigger network than your team could build alone. Either way, you're assigned a channel manager, the platform can carry your agency's brand instead of ours, and we never sell firmChannel direct to your clients. We don't publish partner margins, but we'll help you build every quote.

How we get your team ready

Your designers and account managers learn scheduling, playlists, permissions and reporting in live sessions with our Customer Success team. When someone new joins, the training video library inside the platform gets them up to speed without another round of sessions. There's no charge for any of it.
